We are a team of experienced, senior Practitioners with a “hands on” approach to patient treatment and rehabilitation following injury or after surgery. Morning Classes Mon, Tues & Wed 9am, 10am & 11am and evening classes on Tuesdays & Thursdays 5pm & 6pm
Our small group classes are 45min with a max of just 4 people to ensure you get the best from your class. Or why not do some one to one individual sessions to get started and join a class down the track. All our pilates sessions are run by our Clinical Pilates Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist which means private health rebates apply.
