Physiotherapist
Ashleigh is a Physiotherapist with clinical pilates experience and enjoys treating a variety of musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, sports and vestibular conditions. Graduating from the Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy she has worked in private practice for the past three years. With a particular interest in post-surgical rehabilitation, neck and shoulder pain she has also worked with Mater Private Hospital Orthopaedic Ward helping a variety of post-surgical patients from acute care into private practice for long-term rehabilitation. Ashleigh conducts pilates assessments and individual pilates sessions, in addition to running small group classes targeted at general strength and exercise rehabilitation. She utilises reformers, wunda chair and the trapeze table, combined with strength exercises to ensure a well rounded pilates session. With a passion for sports physiotherapy, Ashleigh enjoys treating a variety of sporting injuries and enjoys getting patients back to their chosen sport. Ashleigh has worked with the Wilston Grange Gorillas men’s and women’s AFL and the QAS Youth Rugby 7s. Ashleigh still currently plays AFL at Wilston Grange AFL club.
Hannah Glass BPhty
Physiotherapist
Hannah is passionate about helping patients manage acute & chronic pain, combined with an interest in sports injury management, rehabilitation and prevention. Hannah has worked within local sporting communities and teams and was the Physiotherapist for the Samoan Netball Team at the 2024 Netball World Youth Cup Regional Qualifiers in Rarotonga where she developed further experience in the management of sporting injuries, strapping and developing team recovery sessions. Prior to graduating with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy Hannah was a Certified Personal Trainer and brings her experience and knowledge in designing strength, cardiovascular and stretching programs to her role as Physiotherapist. She enjoys the challenge of planning individualised rehabilitation programs designed to maintain and improve physical function, alleviate pain and prevent injury and disability. Hannah is experienced in running small group pilates classes involving matwork and reformer equipment and is available for pilates assessments, individual pilates sessions and classes. Hannah provides tailored exercise programs and can incorporate both gym based and pilates exercises to meet your personal and clinical goals. Hannah works part time at RMPhysio and is studying a Masters of Sport and Exercise Physiotherapy at La Trobe University throughout 2025

Exercise Physiologist
Owen has a background in competitive sport, playing both AFL and state level
representative cricket for several years. Owen uses his own experiences playing high level sports to assist clients to meet their performance goals both in sport and daily life.
He is passionate about helping individuals achieve their goals through targeted exercise prescription. He has worked previously for 3 years as an Accredited Exercise Scientist specialising in strength and conditioning and injury rehabilitation. In 2021 Owen returned to study, gaining his Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology from the Australian Catholic University, graduating in mid-2024. Passionate about empowering individuals through a personalised approach to exercise, Owen can quickly assess individuals’ movement technique and prescribe a tailored approach to each client. Whether it’s helping clients return to sport, re-enter the workforce, or simply enhancing their overall strength and mobility for improved independence and quality of life, he is dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their goals. Ella Chapman BClinExPhys – AEP, AES, ESSAM
Exercise Physiologist
Ella has a passion for helping people to use exercise in some aspect of their lives, whether that be as part of their injury rehabilitation, post-surgical treatment plan, chronic disease management, athletic development or to improve their general physical and mental wellbeing. Ella gained her accreditation as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist at the University of Queensland and has since been developing her skills predominantly in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and athletic performance development. Ella is experienced in developing and supervising individual clinical exercise and pilates programs and running small group classes and for the past 4 years, she has been working alongside Downey Park Netball Association to strength and condition players as well as manage injuries to ensure safe return to play.
While Ella has a strong passion for netball, she also has experience coaching players from a variety of other sports, including: AFL, waterpolo, swimming, volleyball, basketball, cricket, tennis, soccer, touch football, and more. Ella appreciates that everyone is different, and as such, each person that comes to see her receives an individualised program for their specific needs. She implements her strength and conditioning background into her treatment programs & enjoys educating her clients about the importance of exercise in relation to their goals. Ella gains great satisfaction in watching her patients improve throughout their program/treatment plan. Ella’s speciality areas include:
