Exercise Physiologist
Isobelle has a background in competitive Gymnastics, Netball, State Level Touch Football, and more recently competitive experience in Olympic Weightlifting. Isobelle uses her own experiences playing high level sports to assist clients to meet their performance goals both in sport and daily life.
Passionate about empowering individuals through a personalised approach to exercise, Isobelle worked as a group fitness instructor running both strength and aerobic conditioning exercise classes whist studying her Exercise Physiology degree at QUT. This has given Isobelle valuable experience for individual and class exercise prescription and Isobelle is able to quickly assess individuals movement technique and prescribe a tailored approach to each individual.
She has completed further training in matwork and equipment pilates and is available for individual pilates sessions and classes. Isobelle provides tailored exercise programs and can incorporate both gym based, field based and pilates exercises to meet your personal and clinical goals.
Isobelle joined RMPhysio initially in a Reception role whilst completing her Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology from QUT. The growth of our EP business enabled us to offer Isobelle a clinical role within RMPhysio and her professionalism and organised approach to our busy front reception now reflects in her role as an engaged and enthusiastic Exercise Physiologist.
Graduating in 2023, she completed clinical placements in women’s health, pregnancy / post-natal exercise as well as chronic health conditions including cardiovascular rehabilitation, oncology, osteoporosis and more.
Isobelle has additional experience in Diabetes Management techniques and is passionate about educating clients on the benefits of exercise and helping them build a healthy relationship with exercise.

Ella Chapman BClinExPhys – AEP, AES, ESSAM
Exercise Physiologist
Ella has a passion for helping people to use exercise in some aspect of their lives, whether that be as part of their injury rehabilitation, post-surgical treatment plan, chronic disease management, athletic development or to improve their general physical and mental wellbeing.
Ella gained her accreditation as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist at the University of Queensland and has since been developing her skills predominantly in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and athletic performance development. For the past 4 years, Ella has worked alongside Downey Park Netball Association to strength & condition players and manage injuries to ensure safe return to play.
While Ella has a strong passion for netball, she also has experience coaching players from a variety of other sports, including: AFL, waterpolo, swimming, volleyball, basketball, cricket, tennis, soccer, touch football, and more.
Ella appreciates that everyone is different, and as such, each person that comes to see her receives an individualised program for their specific needs. She implements her strength and conditioning background into her treatment programs & enjoys educating her clients about the importance of exercise in relation to their goals. Ella gains great satisfaction in watching her patients improve throughout their program/treatment plan.

Rebecca Brown BClinExPhys – AEP, AES, ESSAM
Exercise Physiologist
Bec is a passionate and experienced Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist working mostly in the field of musculoskeletal rehabilitation and high performance. Since graduating from QUT with a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2016 Bec has also undertaken further professional studies in pain management, clinical pilates and has additional qualifications in strength & conditioning and sports training.
Joining RMPhysio in 2018, Bec previously worked alongside GPS rugby developing their strength & conditioning program to facilitate injury prevention and also overseeing the strength and conditioning program throughout the senior rowing crews at All Hallows School.
Bec will develop and manage exercise programs for post-operative rehabilitation, tendonopathy management, joint pain such as osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, soft tissue rehabilitation and athletic development. She also works with conditions including osteoporosis, diabetes, Parkinson’s Disease, cardiac/pulmonary rehabilitation and other health conditions.
Engaging with patients who have persistent pain is also a special interest for Bec and she is an advocate for modern pain science education. Currently studying a Graduate Diploma of Psychology with Monash University, Bec is dedicated to gaining a deeper understanding of psychological aspects related to pain management, rehabilitation and performance.
Embracing a lifelong passion for dance, Bec completed her ATOD and RAD examinations in ballet, jazz, contemporary and tap, while also choreographing for musical theatre projects. She transitioned from full-time dance training at QUT into the field of Exercise Physiology as she was fascinated by human movement and helping people optimise their physical well-being.
As a dancer herself, Bec is able to develop S&C programs and dance techniques specifically tailored to performers that allow dancers to improve that extra one percent. She is passionate about supporting fellow dancers and offers pre-pointe assessments, strength and conditioning programs and injury management tailored to the unique needs of the dance community.
Bec continues to dance herself and loves encouraging others to keep dancing no matter what age.
