Owen Lynch Masters ClinExPhys, AEP, AES, ESSAM

Exercise Physiologist

Owen has a background in competitive sport, playing both AFL and state level
representative cricket for several years. Owen uses his own experiences playing high level sports to assist clients to meet their performance goals both in sport and daily life. He is passionate about helping individuals achieve their goals through targeted exercise prescription. He has worked previously for 3 years as an Accredited Exercise Scientist specialising in strength and conditioning and injury rehabilitation. In 2021 Owen returned to study, gaining his Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology from the Australian Catholic University, graduating in mid-2024. Passionate about empowering individuals through a personalised approach to exercise, Owen can quickly assess individuals’ movement technique and prescribe a tailored approach to each client. Owen has clinical pilates experience with matwork and reformers, wunda chair and trapeze table. Whether it’s helping clients return to sport, re-enter the workforce, or simply enhancing their overall strength and mobility for improved independence and quality of life, he is dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their goals.

Ashlee Jackson – ClinExPhys, AEP, AES, ESSAM

Exercise Physiologist

Ashlee is an Exercise Physiologist who is passionate about supporting patients to improve their health, function, and overall quality of life. She enjoys working with a
range of chronic health conditions, with a focus on helping patients build confidence and strength through exercise for healthy ageing.


Graduating from the Queensland University of Technology with First Class Honours
in a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology, Ashlee has experience working across hospital and private practice settings. She has worked closely with patients managing a range of chronic conditions, including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, osteoporosis, chronic pain, and general deconditioning.


With a strong background in the gym, Ashlee is particularly passionate about strength training for adults and its role in improving long-term health, function, and independence. She takes a personalised and supportive approach, helping patients re-engage with exercise in a way that is safe, sustainable, and tailored to their goals.


Ashlee’s speciality areas include:

  • Osteoporosis, Osteopenia and Bone Strengthening
  • Cardiovascular disease
  • Pulmonary rehabilitation

  • Strength training and falls prevention for older adults
