Physiotherapist
Ashleigh is a Physiotherapist with clinical pilates experience and enjoys treating a variety of musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, sports and vestibular conditions. Graduating from the Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy she has worked in private practice for the past three years.
With a particular interest in post-surgical rehabilitation, neck and shoulder pain she has also worked with Mater Private Hospital Orthopaedic Ward helping a variety of post-surgical patients from acute care into private practice for long-term rehabilitation. Ashleigh conducts pilates assessments and individual pilates sessions, in addition to running small group classes targeted at general strength and exercise rehabilitation. She utilises reformers, wunda chair and the trapeze table, combined with strength exercises to ensure a well rounded pilates session.
With a passion for sports physiotherapy, Ashleigh enjoys treating a variety of sporting injuries and enjoys getting patients back to their chosen sport. Ashleigh has worked with the Wilston Grange Gorillas men’s and women’s AFL and the QAS Youth Rugby 7s. Ashleigh still currently plays AFL at Mayne Tigers AFL club at Gaythorne.

Exercise Physiologist
Owen has a background in competitive sport, playing both AFL and state level
representative cricket for several years. Owen uses his own experiences playing high level sports to assist clients to meet their performance goals both in sport and daily life.
He is passionate about helping individuals achieve their goals through targeted exercise prescription. He has worked previously for 3 years as an Accredited Exercise Scientist specialising in strength and conditioning and injury rehabilitation. In 2021 Owen returned to study, gaining his Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology from the Australian Catholic University, graduating in mid-2024. Passionate about empowering individuals through a personalised approach to exercise, Owen can quickly assess individuals’ movement technique and prescribe a tailored approach to each client. Whether it’s helping clients return to sport, re-enter the workforce, or simply enhancing their overall strength and mobility for improved independence and quality of life, he is dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their goals. Owen’s speciality areas include:
