We are a team of experienced, Senior Practitioners with a “hands on” approach to patient treatment and rehabilitation following injury or after surgery. We offer professional advice and exercise programs and our aim is to ensure you experience the earliest and safest recovery to your pre-injury lifestyle, and receive the education and knowledge required to prevent further injury.

Our range of services include Reformer Pilates Classes, Exercise Physiology, Personal Training, Remedial Massage, Podiatry, Women’s Health Physio and Sports Medicine and we have chosen some of the best Practitioners in their fields to be part of the RMPhysio team.

Our modern clinic is fitted with industry leading equipment to assist your training or recovery. We have individual consultation rooms and are focussed on delivering exceptional patient care. We have a well-equipped gym with weight training and cardio equipment and also provide specialist rehabilitation equipment for those needing post-operative exercise programs or specific remedial training. 

However, we are very much a Clinic for everyone. Our patients range from athletes and sporting teams to weekend warriors, the school cross country runner, kids and active people of all ages with general aches and pains.
